“After much research, we chose to have our very old bathroom refitted by Steve of KPS. We booked Steve in, despite a long lead-time, as we felt he would be someone who would listen to our ideas, keep within budget, and most importantly we hoped he would do the work as impeccably as he had done our friend’s bathroom a little while ago… we were not disappointed on any count… we are very delighted with the result! Steve was punctual, worked extremely hard and was tidy too. We were particularly pleased that he took the time to explain if there were choices to be made and ensured that we had contact numbers for the tiler, painter, electrician, joiner and sealant finisher so that we could liaise with them directly if need be… there was no need, as they were all as reliable and professional as Steve! We also used Steve’s designer, Gemma, and can summarise by saying our new bathroom is both well-designed and well-finished – thank you Steve and your team”
